
PH.D. CANDIDATE
Ph.D. candidate in Economics and Management of Innovation and Sustainability (EMIS) at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Parma, where she conducts research on issues related to sustainable food models, health and consumer well-being.
She received hers Master's Degree in Trade and Consumer Marketing at the University of Parma with highest honors, discussing a thesis on the effectiveness of gamification-based teaching methods in high schools. Previously, she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics Business at the University of Turin, enriching her path with an Erasmus experience at the Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management in Mannheim, Germany.
She recently completed a research fellowship at University College Cork (UCC) in Ireland, under the supervision of Prof. Mary McCarthy and Dr. Alan Collins, where she delved into qualitative and quantitative research methodologies applied to consumer behavior. Currently, she is doing an internship at NielsenIQ Italy S.r.l., with a focus on the analysis of market data and consumer trends in the retail and food sectors.
During her academic activity, she has served as a teaching tutor for several Master's Degree courses and for the EMIS doctoral program, as well as collaborating as a tutor at University College Cork for several courses, including Marketing, Consumer Behavior and Business Ethics, and at the University of Parma in collaboration with Boston College for courses in Marketing and Cross Cultural Marketing.
Her research focuses on the analysis of sustainable purchasing and consumption behaviors, nutritional marketing, and the use of digital technologies to promote conscious consumption choices.
She participated at several national and international conferences and published several scientific papers on issues of sustainability, consumer behavior and nutritional marketing.
