AREAS OF RESEARCH

Her research aims at investigating the operational implementation of Nutrition Shopper Marketing principles, with the ultimate goal of translating theoretical evidence into effective strategies that can be adapted to real-world shopping contexts. The main research aim is to  to develop practical and easily implemented tools that can guide consumers' food choices toward options with better nutritional content analyzing purchasing behavior and decision-making dynamics within retail environments. In this way, it is intended to make a significant contribution to public health promotion by intervening directly in key moments of consumer decision-making.
